Hey is there any kind of a valve for pvc pipe that i can control by a remote control?

I need this because i am makeing a toy for a school project and i am attaching a marshmellow gun to a remote controled car so i wanna know is if i have a tank of air i can have a short burst of air by the click of a button on a remote

    The valves used for underground sprinkler systems are remotely controlled and will handle at least 100 psi of pressure.

    I am sure there are other valves but these are readily available at Lowes or HomeDepot and some hardware stores. They use 12 volts for power which makes them fairly safe to work with.

    Yes, the simplest is solenoid operated and opens fully when a voltage is applied. This would seem suitable for your application.

    They are used extensively in industry. Common voltages for them are usually 120v mains or 24v dc but I’m sure you can find others.

    A quick search on EBay for “solenoid valve” gave me 270 items.
